Can multiple employees receive email notifications when new orders are placed on the website?

Email Notifications for New Orders

Yes!

During the setup and onboarding of your new store, the team will ask you which email addresses/users should receive notifications for new orders. 

If you are adding a new user or updating an existing user's information, there is an option to do this directly through the Fitted backend. If you need an email address copied on order notifications that won't be a user on Fitted, then please email support@fittedretail.com.

Adding A New User To Receive Email Notifications

After logging in, you can navigate to "Users" and click on the button to "Add New User." 

Enter the user's details, select their role, and choose "Receive Order Emails."

Updating and Existing User

You can also edit the settings of an existing users profile, and check the "Receive Order Emails" checkbox.
