Why is my Dashboard not acting right?

Sales reports not pulling up, pages not refreshing, products not acting correctly? Here are some things you can try!

Logging out and back into your Fitted Dashboard: 

  1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of your Fitted Dashboard. 
  2. Select "Log Out" 
  3. Enter your login credentials and click "Log In" 

Clearing Cache and Cookies on your browser:

  1. In Chrome
    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More .
    3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
    4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select, "last 24hrs."
    5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
    6. Click Clear data.
  2. Safari
    1. From the Safari menu, select Clear History and Website Data
    2. Select the desired time range, and then click Clear History. 
    3. Go to Safari > Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit the browser completely
  3. Internet Explorer
    1. Select Tools (via the Gear icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history . . ..
      1. o If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
    2. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select:
      1. Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files
      2. Cookies or Cookies and website data
      3. History
    3. Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
    4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

  4. Firefox 
    1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
      1. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
    2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
    3. Next to “Details”, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
    4. Click Clear Now.
    5. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Try replicating the issue on a different browser: 

  1. Pull up the same site on a different browser and see if it works.

If you use Google Chrome, try replicating the issue in Incognito mode: 

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your chrome browser
  2. Click "New Incognito Window" 
    1. This window will show as a black window. 
  3. Now try replicating the issue from here.
