Why is adding my ACH on file important?
  • We want to pay YOU! Often times, retailers fulfill a Network order or completely pay for an order and an item gets cancelled or back ordered. Fitted needs to be able to send that money back into your pocket. 
Is my payment method secure on the portal?
  • Fitted partners with a 3rd party provider called BlueSnap. Fitted uses BlueSnap for the handling of all transactions across the Fitted application.

Why is the last 4 digits of my SSN necessary?
  • The last 4 digits of your SSN is necessary because it allows Fitted to verify you are the appropriate person creating your businesses portal. Just like your business needs an EIN. 
Can I access inventory through other retailers?
  • Yes, this is called Dynamic Distribution, or the Fitted Network.
  • Buy or sell product you want to move and split the margins with other fellow retailers.
  • By integrating your BAM inventory onto the Retailer Portal, you will have access to place and accept orders from anonymous retailers.
  • Fitted Network is always an option to turn to for products your customers need!
What do I do if an item is out of stock?
  • There are a few options;
    • If the brand is out of stock, you can look to the Fitted Network and send a request, an anonymous retailer will pick up your request and fulfill it.
    • The brand will inform both you and Fitted the item that is out of stock and will be cancelled off the order.       
Can I mix my cart with brand orders and network orders?
  • Yes! You can mix and match your cart, however, orders placed with the brand most likely will be fulfilled quicker than ordering through the Fitted Network.
