Uploading an Inventory File

If your POS system isn't fully integrated with Fitted, you can manually sync your inventory using the 'Simple FTP' feature. This will only be made available to certain retailers who are using Fitted's Universal Connector.

1. Login to your Fitted Dashboard and navigate to the 'Simple FTP' tab.
2. Simply drag and drop the file from your computer, or click 'browse' to upload.

Please Note:

• Inventory data must be comma-separated values. These files typically have a '.csv' extension, but '.txt' is accepted as well.
• You must keep the filename consistent over time (e.g. ACME_Running_POS_Inv.csv).
